The implementation of the project made it possible to find the right staff in a short time and provide high-quality training for new employees. Control over the passage of probation by new employees has been organized with notification of heads of departments about all its stages. Logistics costs have been reduced by up to 40% and delivery times to customers have been accelerated by 20%.
